Gulf Coast Associates is a private realty firm specializing in Florida Real Estate. Benjamin Dona is the Broker-Owner. He and his wife Terry, an underwriter with 20 years experience, also own a federally-regulated mortgage banking firm, Metro Mortgage Company.

Originally from St. Louis, we've worked from our base in Bonita Springs since 1997. Together, we have grown our companies by providing hands-on customer service and leaving nothing to chance. Our focus is educating our clients on the nuances of SW Florida's coastal areas, the uniqueness of living in Florida, and the myriad of details that go into every real estate and mortgage transaction.
